FAQs
How can I trust you?
You are absolutely right to ask this, especially in this chaotic space, particularly on Telegram channels where many people unfortunately sell VPN services that stop working after a short period and offer no response.
However, our approach is long-term, and our profit comes from your renewal, which can only happen if you're satisfied with our service. Considering the costs of running the site, providing services, and much higher marketing and customer acquisition expenses, your continuous purchasing is what makes it profitable for us. In other words, profitability comes from continuous service rather than a one-time scam.
How long does it take to get my account ready?
If you pay through cryptocurrency the information will be displayed to you immediately after payment. If you contact support, the information will be emailed to you as soon as it is confirmed.
Is there a return option?
Yes! If you ever need to stop using our services, you can message support through the support page or online support. If you haven't used the service, your money will be fully refunded. However, if you have used part of it, the amount used will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be refunded to you.
My speed is slow, what's the issue?
The slow speed could be from the VPN service itself. You can contact support to check your account and resolve the issue, or even cancel your account and request a refund. But please read the following points before concluding the issue:
Initially, we provide you with the VPN directly, but if it's not responsive with your operator, we will change it to a different location.
First, test your internet speed using the site Speed.cloudflare.com.
After the site opens, wait for 30 seconds until the final speed result is displayed.
Make sure to wait until both the download result (green) and upload result (purple) are shown.
If both speeds are close, it indicates that the VPN speed is fine, and your internet speed is the issue. If the speed was better without the VPN, it suggests that the VPN speed is slow. You can test it a few more times and, if the issue persists, send a screenshot to support so they can check your configuration or even consider a refund if needed.
I connect, but some websites don't load?
First, make sure you can access the internet without the VPN. This issue may happen due to several reasons:
Your internet might have momentary or prolonged disconnections, so you should check whether regular websites are loading without the VPN.
Your account might have expired. If you purchased an unlimited plan, check your purchased time. If you purchased a data package, it’s likely that you’ve consumed all of it, or you might have connected more than one device to your account, causing a disconnection or blockage.
Another reason, though rare, could be an issue with your internet operator's network. You can contact support to check the status of your account. If your account is fine, we can offer alternative configurations to resolve the issue. Please note that for v2ray service, .ir domains or Iranian IPs will be routed through a server with a U.S. IP address.
VPN do you recommend?">Which type of VPN do you recommend?
Since filtering methods in Iran change daily, the answer to this question cannot be permanent. However, for everyday use, we recommend v2ray as it typically offers high speed on all operators and its encryption security is confirmed. If you're conducting business with sites that have blocked access from Iran and typically use high-speed ADSL internet, we recommend using Outline, though this protocol may be blocked by some providers like Irancell.
Can I collaborate with you?
Yes, of course! We would be happy to help more people get rid of unreliable VPN services. Please visit the Collaborate with Us page for more information.
My question isn't answered here, how can I ask?
