VPN Terms of Use
By using NetShekan services, you agree to the terms of this agreement. These services include access to a Virtual Private Network (VPN) and related features. Use of NetShekan is only permitted in accordance with the following terms and conditions:
1. Compliance with Laws
You agree to use NetShekan services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the laws and regulations of your country. Any criminal activity, suspicious behavior, or violation of others’ rights is strictly prohibited.
2. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password) and for all activities conducted under your account. In case of unauthorized access, you must notify us immediately.
3. Acceptable Use
Use of NetShekan for harmful activities is strictly prohibited, including but not limited to:
- Sending spam or bulk unsolicited emails
- Port scanning or proxy probing
- Attacking networks or other systems
- Launching pop-up windows
- Running malware, viruses, or any other harmful software
4. Service Limitations
Access to services may be interrupted during network maintenance or due to external factors beyond our control (such as internet outages, government restrictions, or telecom infrastructure issues). While NetShekan aims for 24/7 availability, uninterrupted service is not guaranteed.
5. Privacy Policy
We do not keep any activity logs. Your personal information remains confidential and is never shared with third parties. For more details, please see our Privacy Policy.
6. Fair Usage Policy
NetShekan does not enforce bandwidth limits on most plans; however, excessive and unfair use (e.g., exceeding 150GB/month per user, automated downloads, or heavy sustained traffic) is considered abnormal usage. We reserve the right to temporarily or permanently suspend accounts involved in unfair usage, without prior notice or refund.
7. Anti-Fraud Policy
Due to increased suspicious activities from certain regions, accounts are not offered to residents of specific countries (except South Africa). Special verification with valid documentation may be required. Any attempt to bypass this policy will result in immediate account suspension without refund.
8. Service Suspension or Termination
NetShekan reserves the right to suspend or terminate services at any time. In the event of permanent service shutdown, unused credit will be refunded. In case of national internet shutdown, service may not be available, but remaining subscription time will be extended once conditions normalize.
9. Refund Policy
If the user requests cancellation within 7 days of purchase or if there is prolonged downtime from our side, a refund will be issued minus 10% handling fee and used bandwidth costs. In case of nationwide censorship preventing service delivery, refunds may not be possible as bandwidth is pre-purchased. Refunds may also restrict the user's ability to purchase new services to prevent misuse.
10. Prohibited Activities
The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination:
- Criminal activity, phishing, financial fraud
- Child exploitation or abuse in any form
- Distribution of malware or harmful tools
- Using bots or automated tools to access services
- Reverse engineering or analyzing service code
- Violating intellectual property or ethical standards
- Using services for military or weapon development
- Downloading or using copyright-infringing torrents
11. Terms Modification
NetShekan may update its terms at any time. Users will be notified via email or account messages. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Limitation of Liability
NetShekan is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to access the service.
