Outline is a software developed by Google’s Jigsaw team designed to bypass internet censorship.

The tool describes itself as a VPN server solution that makes internet access more secure and harder to block.
According to its website, Outline works when other VPN types are blocked and is resistant to advanced censorship techniques such as network-level or IP blocking.
What makes Outline a strong and reliable VPN tool is its use of the Shadowsocks protocol. Outline claims its VPN is resistant to blocking, scalable, and easy to manage.
